I recently purchased this kit from quadratech, it boasts 30% more torque and power and better fuel mileage. I noticed the fuel mileage is quite a bit better, but the power im not to sure of. I have a 99 xj with a 3.5in lift and 31in tires, air raid intake, bigger TB, and magna flow exhaust. I have a buddy that has a similar set up with a six in. lift and 35in tires. He kills me.
