picking a soft top

I need a soft top for my 2005 Unlimited, checked in Quadratec and see that the Bestop is about $800 and the Mopar one is $1400 is there a quality difference that justifies the price difference or is this just typical dealer rip off pricing?
Any recommendations or info regarding soft tops would be helpful, thanks.

The factory tops have been made by Bestop for years, so quality will be about the same. Do you need the hardware also?

Ah that good to know, thanks. Yes, need the hardware as well, starting from scratch, just have the hard top it came with. The ad in Quadratech said it came with hardware I think.

The Bestop softop on Quadratec is a replace-a-top which means there is no hardware included. The Mopar top on that site includes all hardware to convert from a hardtop to a softop, so that's where some of the extra cost comes from.
