Overheating?

I just purchased a 94' YJ and have never owned a Jeep before. I'm looking for advice on whether or not I have an overheating problem. It appears to oscilate between 210 and 235 regardless of rpm. As an outboard mechanic, I'm assuming that cast iron runs hotter than aluminum. Any comments would be appreciated. Thanks.nullnull[addsig]

my 97 4 banger ran a steady 210 till i put in a 180 t-stat and 3 core radiator. now runs at 190-195[addsig]

I had that problem with my 89 6cyl until I swapped in a 160 degree therrmostat a couple of weeks ago. Now she runs like a champ and stays cool. :-D [addsig]

my XJ ran a steady 210, then it OVERHEATED, so it got a new radiator, fan clutch, thermostat, and coolant and now it runs nice and cool... all the tech articles for installations are on my website:
