Old Man Emu

I'm considering buying a new set of shocks in the near future since mine from my Rusty's 3" kit have completely rusted out and look like crap (which kinda upsets me... seeing how they've only been on there about a year and a half). My question is... are Old Man Emu shocks worth the money? I've always been real please with all ARB products (bull-bar, IPF lighting, etc.), and wondered if the OME's are really much better than some cheaper brand.

I highly recommend Doetsch-Tech 3000's for a nice smooth riding shock, and only around $30 each. www.jeepinoutfitters.com should be able to give you free shipping on a set of 4.

Tough to say if they are worth the money. OME make excellent products, but they cost alot more. They are going to be much better quality than cheap shocks, but there are many good quality shocks out there for less.

OME is good stuff, but it's overrated.....and it's waaaaaaay overpriced.

Their leaf springs are awesome. They were the only product out there of that quality for years, and it is tough to compare prices when nothing else compares. That has changed, as there are much better riding/flexing springs out there today than before.
