Hello all just wanted to say hey! I can't wait to meet some of you and learn quite a bit along the way. Now I had a Grand Cherokee 2WD but was totaled as it was parked on the street on night......Am I sad? Mmmmm Maybe a lil as I had many memories in it but now I have a 06 Wrangler my wife got me so we can make more w/ my two lil ones. So bring on the suggestions cause I WILL be making a few modifications.

Thanks, Mike

Before recommending any mods ect , tell us a little about what you plan on doing with your jeep are you going to use it as a Trail rig , Daily driver , Daily driver/Trail rig , ect what kind of budget are you looking at , are you looking for Mild , Intermediate , or Extreme . Once we know a little about your interests it will make the mod recommendations a little easier , everyone here all have different ideas so you'll have lots of different ideas to choose from ..
Once again welcome aboard and happy jeepin and when possible keep it wheel side down

Thanks guys,
Well I have been looking at ideas and want to keep it simple. This will be a daily driver and occasionally go out w/wifey and my boys on the weekends. Big bear, Santiago canyon etc.
I thought of a two or three inch body lift and switch out tires to thirty ones (didn't want to spend thousands of dollars on a lift kit.) Switch out the bumpers and install rock crawlers under the doors. All in all just kinda simple because after all it is Orange County.

I would do a little at a time if cost is an issue. All the fun is in building it yourself! :) Imma woman and I am having fun get your wife involved in the improvements.
