State Fish & Wildlife Commission officials in Albania, the Capital of New York, reported record kills during the first day of the experimental "Ricer-Owner" open season.
Although strongly opposed by a coalition of environmentalist groups and automobile dealers, NY Fish & Wildlife officials insisted that the open season and unlimited harvesting of "Ricer-Owners" will make driving safer and life more pleasant.
The specimen shown here, taken down in a Pep Boys parking lot, a known Ricer-Owner feeding area, dressed out at 165-lbs.
