One of my buddies is in the process of building a new Jeep. I'll take and post pics of the project if anyone is interested in it. It's going to be a YJ tub with a CJ-7 frame and front end. He's going to carry alot of stuff over from his CJ-5 while doing a little custom metalfab and mechanics. 8)

I think the CJ tub on the YJ frame is a much better swap. You get the nostalgia of the CJ with the stout frame of the YJ. Sounds like it will be nice regardless.

the yj tub is to keep it from rusting since yjs dont rust as bad...
