Need some info/Motor swap

I am looking for some info regarding a 2.5 liter to a 4.0 in my basically stock 95 yj.
Currently a 2.5 automatic on 31 inch tires with a 2 inch lift.soft top
Other than the usuall motor mount changes,exhaust,what am I to expect once I dive in.
Radiator cooling system? Computer? Will the transfer case and transmission bolt up? Or should I just go purshase a 4.0 and let ol' red go off top a new owner?
I have 35 years experience in custom street rod building so the work itself is not an issue but if I can ease the labor pain and initial investment just purchasing another possibly better built jeep may be the way for me to go.
Ideas?

I'd look at getting a 4.0L jeep, or consider swapping in something that will be a little more unique and give better performance than a plain 'ole 4.0L engine.
