Yup, Moab is a little piece of heaven. Some lucky person will buy your property.

This is a great property. I'm not a regular here but the post showed up on one of my google B&B alerts.

Thanks InnShopper,

I realize its a stretch posting a notice on bullitin board, but ... these are the very people who would really love this property - whether for a B&B biz or for just a beautiful home! And I get a lot of interest for here, too.

I realize, its a lot of money, ... but there are a lot of people who WANT to escape the busy cities - and this is a great opportunity to live in a beautiful town like MOab .... and earn a reasonable living.

I've been there twenty-five years !

Witz

It is beautiful...just a little out of my price range!

Why are you leaving such a nice property if I may ask?

I have lived in moab for twenty-five years .... ! I want to enjoy some other things; I have learned to play jazz trumpet and want some people to play with, I want to go to India and travel other places too, I just need a change!

As for the price, ... mee too; but there are people who could ... and ANYone would love it here; anyone who wants a quiet, clean, place to live, with pure artesian drinking water, ..... !

My Sweet Love, Terry wants a change, too. Ironically, we want a busier town; maybe somewhere in N. Cal. where I lived the first twenty-five years!

Nice to hear from you ... what do YOU love about Moab???/

Witz,

Moab

Moab is a beautiful place, you could spend a life time exploring its rugged beauty.
Each vista looks different every minute of the day.
I remember sitting on top of Top of the World trail looking at the La Salle's one way and Castle valley the other, over looking Fisher Towers for over four hours. That is why its called god country.

Yup up in Draper actually, we sold our horse property in Herriman when the city grew up around us putting track homes all around us.

Matheson has some good points and some bad, but its better than allowing Suwa full rein in Moab.

"FULL REIN" ... probably isn't good for anyone! i just enjoy the beauty of the land to gas & oil leases every/any where - like near Arches nat'l park or right in the Moab valley.

How come no one ever considers conservation of resources as an energy dependence solution???

Because if you conserve the energy you cant make a profit on it, then you cant afford to slide a hundred or so Ben's into some politicians pocket....silly.
