v-8 conversion which transfer case???

I'm looking at doing a hub conversion on the ol yj. What are the pros and cons on milemarker vs warn? Does anything make one standout over the other or are they both sturdy reliable units? Thanks for the help.

Mechanic's gloves?

I do not know too much about the milemarker hubs, but the heavy duty warn are good units and very easy to install. I had a set of spicer hubs on my 77 blazer. I blew one back in 94, replaced with warn units and they served me ever so faithfully until I took the truck off the road in 99. other than that, I have very little experience with them.

Around ehre the Mile Marker is nicknamed Mile Maybe.
THe Warn Premium is the way to go. I ran a set on my Dana 30 then put them on a Scout 44. Never broke one, despte having broken all the stub shafts, ring gear, and driveshaft. I am running the Premiums on a D60 now. No problems at all. They are easy to lock in and very reliable. Definitely worth the extra $.
