Line the inside?

Anyone on here used the spray on liner on the inside of their XJ?
My '89 has Durabak liner on the bottom 10" or so of the body plus my Bushwacker fender flares but I'm wanting to jerk the carpet out of the inside and line all of it. My carpet is pretty trashed and I'd rather have something in it a little easier to maintain since I'm always getting it wet and muddy in side. I've seen alot of Wranglers lined inside but never a XJ, anyone done their's or got pictures of one already done???? Oh, I was gonna spray the door jambs with it too...I get tired of seeing banged up seal plates,

one my buddies in the army took his wrangler and ripped everyting out inside masked out the dash and sprayed whatever type of OD paint/liner they spray on tanks on his INSIDE AND OUT ... i wouldnt see why the same idea wouldnt work with an XJ or damn near any vehicle

I have, I did this nod to a 94 XJ I had, and it is still on there, and the guy is diving it every day. it's not all that hard, but you will have more road noise(that guy I mentioned could not take it so he put some of the carpet back in),but it did not bother me much, you will also have alot more heat to deal with so if yve in an area with hard summers you might want to think it over. All in all it was a good deal b/c I could just hose the inside out really quick and it was clean. Well hope that helped, and good luck. JOE

P.S. I used the roll on Herculiner kit, it is pretty easy.
