hey,i have a 3in susp. lift on a yj,i wanted to clear 33's wat would be the best and easiest way to gain 1-2in in lift other then body,and would i need to do any thing else mod wise

1.5" shackle and an inch of body lift. Thats what I would do if I felt the need for 33"s. 31's will not suite your needs? tug

I think i would go with the 1.5" shackles and then a 1 inch spacer body lift too, seems the way to get the xtra clearance for those 33's.

Install TJ fender flares and no additional lift is needed to run the 33"s. I run 2.5" of lift with TJ flares and clear 32" tires.

Is this the same Rough Country kit that is selling on EBay? I have been looking for a kit that would allow me to run 31"s or 32"s on my '91. How is it? Good product? easy to install? etc...
Also- do the shocks come with boots?

yes it is , its a great kit i beat the shit out of it and its always comes through.yeah it comes w/boots and everything else nessesary to install its 389.00 from roughcountry.com!

How many hours did it take to install the Rough Country kit? I am trying to plan a weekend sometime in the next few months to order it and install. Also- If I wanted to put on some 32"s, would a 1" body lift and 1/2" of fender trim give me adequate clearance? Thanks- jered

its a good weekend project,w/a 1in body and fender trim you could easily run 33's im running 31x12.50s and i have plenty of clearance ,i could probly run 33s now but theyd rub

What do i need to run 33"x12.5"s on a '98 TJ?
