Colorado experienced another back-country 4 wheelin' accident this weekend.
It occurred last weekend on the Kelly Flats trail.
Kelly has a hill known as "Heart Attack Hill" as it is steep and has steep rock faces. Above and below the hil are some steeps that can cause some pucker. As the driver was arrested, it is suspected that the driver had been drinking. The fatal party had at least 2 ID cards. Only one matched the college records. The fraternity the guys belonged to were having a camping weekend.
