jeep yj 1993 2.5 swap to zj 1994 4.0

hello to everyone, its boring question but I'm new and I have a free donor vehicle zj 4.0 1994 auto transmission and my question is what do I have to do for the swap ,I know about engine mount my problem is the wiring what I must do ?? if any body has done this before, I think is the same as xj cherokee swap , thanks for your time, any help would be priceless
