Jeep time!

Well its almost time for me to go home! and at home is where i keep my beloved YJ. My jeep has been parked all semester and is now waiting for me to wheel the hell out of it! Tomorow iam planing on going to the local junkyard and fishing around for a 250 chevy/gmc engine with a healthy GM HEI distributor. What tools do i need to remove this distributor from its original engine? Is it hard to remove? special tools required?

You should just need a couple of screw drivers and a small assortment of sockets with the ratchet that should be it.

Might want to take a swivel piece for the socket wrench if you dont have a distributor bolt wrench.

Got one! removal was a piece of cake. I already but a cap and rotor kit and put them on the distributor. What spark plugs do you guys recomend for the new setup with the HEI?
