Hello everyone.
Since I posted last, I needed to move my lic plate since building the new tire carrier and I just got that done along with building a home-made clevis style hitch for my bumper. I found the ring/pin for $8 and welded it onto some 2X2 hitch stock. Take a look.

Re: RE: Here we go - pregnant again!

I'll take mine in black as well, let me know when it's done

Nice work

Thanks, I have really enjoyed building these things instead of buying them.
Problem is now, I am starting to want a new welder, chop saw, etc..

From the looks of things, that would probably be a worthwhile investment! Good lookin' work - you should be proud!

Thanks guys for all the nice words.....you guys are great folks!

When we were fabricating the rear bumper, I was joking with the guy doing most of the welding about starting a TV show, where I ran around him cursing while he was trying to work. We would call it "American Bumper"

That looks really nice and clean. I just got done building a hitch for my truck (mostly for a tow point and some towing) and a 25" dropped ball mount. It sure is a lot funner than going out and buying the stuff...Lot cheaper too!!

That's definatly something to be proud of!!!
