What did you use to spray it on with? Looks very nice! Spray is a great way to go if you have a sprayer to use. Let me know. tug[addsig]

I have had a sprayer for years
(Second job in the Military-spray liners)
but you can pick the up at most auto stores....

Just a typical auto body shop paint spray gun or a pressure pot or an airless or what. Show me a pic of the type or break it down for a hill billy please. Tug[addsig]

Sorry Tug I will get a pic and try to break it down for you....
it looks like a sandblaster gun, it is hooked up to the compressor
and then has a tube to draw up the bed liner and it comes out...

It is actually made for bed liners....I had a friend get one from O-Riley Auto
parts.....but I got my first one from a paint shop for cars.....Hope this helps... :-D [addsig]

Well.. saturday night what else would i be doing. Prepping my car for the herculiner. I just spent an hour taking everything apart, only thing in there now is the Driver's Seat...and a seatbelt...

I don't have a garage, so I'm doing this on the street in front of my apartment. Got no other choice - being a poor college student living in a tiny ass apartment. Anyways, I might just pay for parking tomorrow to work on it in a little better environment. But the weather looks good... and hopefully i can get it done and dry without too much of a hassle.

I dont have access to a sprayer, nor would i have anywhere to plug it in while i was working ... so I guess i have to stick with the roll on method. wish me luck

Good luck you wont have a problem it
will just take a little longer, the only thing
I can add don't try to cover it all with the
first coat. Keep it nice and thin until your final
couple of coats.,... :-D [addsig]

what do you do for the bolt holes, do you tape them? paint around them? whats the best method...

and when removing plugs, do they pop out the top or the bottom?

-dave -bj[addsig]

I just took some out and put a ball of tape in the hole
and others I just taped them..
And when removing the drain plugs take a flat blade
screw driver and pop them out (the top)

Good luck.... :-D [addsig]

Looks great! About how much do you figure you spent on this J? How much time did you allow it to dry before you put your stuff back on? Nice. It gives it a Pro. Look. -Al[addsig]

sandpaper, acetone , ..... I installed everything about
3-4 hrs... and it was good to go...Thankyou..[addsig]
