Ingition Problems

I have a 97TJ that keeps giving error code of multiple cylinder misfires. I've changed plugs, wires, rotor & cap. Ran fine for a day then same thing happened. Always happens during acceleration, especially up hills and against wind.

Any thoughts?[addsig]

does it idle ok?? does it miss under load?? does it catch itself when you take you foot off the gas?? is your gas milage crap?? If you can answer yes to Three or more of these questions you may have a bad cat converter. Very common proble in a tj my buddy had a 97 sport 4.0 sounds like you have the same problems he had, 60,000 miles replaced it and it ran fine. [addsig]
