how too in BBCode

Ok PA has urged me to do a little write up on BBCode.
First for those of you wanting to have your pics back in thier signatures you tried to follow the instructions on BBCodes and still it wouldnt post ?

Just copy these tag's

and post the link inbetween them...you can not have resizing tags within these tag's you will have to resize the pic and repost it online before hand.
