how to go about trusting axles with 35" tires

i have owned a few yjs back in the day and i just picked up a tj for a awsome price. comes with a 6inch lift that is still in box. im gonna either run 33s or 35s. i know dana 35 can handle 33's but im iffy on putting 35s under it. what should i do put a 8.8 under it or upgrade the axle shafts. if i upgrade shafts where should i go to buy them

I upgraded to an 8.8 No point in throwing money at a 35.

My 35 with Yukon alloys couldn't hold 33s. Find an 8.8, 9" or 44 out of another TJ, latter would be the easiest swap in.

Easiest but, if you have a bit of time and money I'd go 8.8 or 9" just because of how much stronger they are. Just my 2 cents. I'm in no way saying that a 44 wouldn't do the job.
