High clutch release

Hey Guys, this is my first post here. I’ve got a 08 JK unlimited. I just picked it up a few weeks ago and I've noticed that the clutch release seems somewhat high. I've taken it to a local dealership and they've assured me that this is normal. Are they giving me the runaround or is this actually normal?

if it drives fine, I wouldn't worry about it. the only JK I've driven was an auto so I can't offer much in the way of point of engagement.

Every other hydraulic clutch vehicle that I've owned high engagement ment the clutch was on it's way out, low engagement ment there was air in the hydraulic assembally, again this does not mean that your jeep is not performing as it should.

I dont have any experience with jks, but my tj is the same way. Clutch engages at the top end of the pedal arch. I never would have associated it with a bad clutch, or almost bad clutch. Bought it with 40k miles, it now has 89k miles, and its never changed.
