i have a friend with a 98 jeep cherokee sport 4wd automatic. what is the best lift for around 900$? what is good for flex?

my buddy did bigger coils and a coil spacer up front and rear did aal and a block and he stuffs 33s nice and it flexs good...its a cheap lift
