Help with my cherrokee

about 2 or 3 weeks ago my water pump went out, as i was putting it back on one of the bolts broke and is stuck in the block.
I tried pulling it out with vice grips, drill out the bolt, and attempted to weld and back it out no luck.
now there is a nice chunk of the blot still left and i can not get it out. I have completely ran out of ideas

any suggestions would be great

Drill it out, may need better bits. Consider investing in a left-hand bit just smaller than the bolt, then when it grabs it may back the bolt out and save the threads.

Should you damage the threads, you can overdrill the hole and install a helicoil.

I've run mine with only 3 bolts and silicone to seal it. Just be very careful with the rest of the bolts (I'd suggest replacing them)
