Help save our trails

There was a horrable accident sunday may 8 2011. A full size suv drove off of look out point at casparis connelllsville pa and are seriousley injerd as sad as there accident is they are now talking about shutting down our trails. It is a great place to wheel with your famley and id hate to lose it, along with many others who injoy our sport. If in any way you or someone you know can influince officals in government your help would be greatley be appricated.

Is this public or private land?

I was not aware of any public land in PA that you can legally wheel on.

If it is a park you would have to talk to the park officials,which may close it just because of insurance reasons.

If it is public there should be a vote some where.Attend it and bring documentation on all of the serious accidents on the paved roads every day.This was one accident versus thousands.So should we shut down all roads since it is too dangerous even on the paved roads?

I believe its part public and private. some is game land bur every one has enjoyed these trails for years way longer than i have been alive and im 32. Yea i agree i bet there are way less accidents with people off road than on road.
