Hi, I bought a set of stainless steel replacement dash knobs for my 85 CJ7. I managed to remove the wiper, headlight, and fan knobs but I cannot remove the defrost, heat or vent knobs. Any ideas? The headlight one I just removed the shaft from the headlight switch, then had to hold on the to knob and the shaft with two plyers and twist till the inner plastic broke and it came out. The other ones just spin but I cannot get the knobs of. Any ideas??
