I just discovered this site and have found it extremely helpful. I am getting a 95 or 96 Jeep Cherokee Sport (prolly 2 dr). Of course it will be the 4.0 Liter w/ 4wd. I would like to know:
1.What are some things to look for when i buy this jeep.
2.Are there any recalls on the 95 or 96(please specify which year).
3.What are some common problems with 95 and 96 XJ's, and how much is it to repair them.

not many major common problems with those years, new and well built...
