Gettin' Some Stock TJ Flares, Questions...

My cousin just replaced his faded flares on his TJ, and is giving me the old ones for free. What's involved in putting them on the YJ? Will I actually need to trim sheet metal with 31's and a 3.5" lift? Don't know when they're coming, but probably within the next couple of weeks. Do they bolt right on, or will I have to do some modification?

Replacing them cause they are faded? hell you lucked out 1 can of Krylon and ur looking like new ;) belive you will have to drill some holes to bolt them on and some cutting but don't quote me on that. . you always get the good stuff :)

did mine last year and love them. don't think a single hole lined up on mine but I think it depends on how you line them up on the fender. i just clamped the flares top the body so could stand back and center them. Marked the edge i wanted to cut. After cutting i used a right angle drill with self taping screws to mount. i got clear signals off e-bay that were actually cheeper than the stock ones. good luck on the install
