Fuel pump not woking right away, relay clicking.

I have a 1995 2.5 Wrangler and I am having a problem with it starting. When I first start it I have to turn the key on like 5-10 minutes before it will start. After 5 to 10 minutes, the fuel pump relay will start clicking for a few seconds and then the fuel pump will kick on. I just replaced the fuel pump, filter, and relay and I still have the exact same problem, not sure what to do now.... Wires seem fine too. Any help?

sounds like a bad connection somewhere.
