Ford Knuckle??????

This is a ford dana 44 knuckle that i want to bolt a high steer arm onto..is this possiable? there is plenty of room to put two bolts through the knuckle so i am wondering if it would be possiable(or safe) ton have a machine shop build me a custom arm to bolt onto this knuckle. will it work? THNAKS FOR THE INPUT!!

i have no idea, but i bet if you go to pirate and search you can have an answer inless then 10 min.
i also know there are high steer arms made but they are $$
