Firing problm 1998 wrangler 4-cyl 5-speed

I Arced one of the injector wires on my jeep. It has not fired since. I've changed the distributor has not fired since. I've changed the distributor and the coil and it still will not fire! Can anyone help ?? I'm out of ideas!!! I also can't find the lid for the relay/fuse box thingy under the hood, so I need help with what all those littte black square things are all for

Did u replace the rotor to? I have a 97 4cyl tj if u can wait till tomorrow I can take a pic of the outside the maps all the fuses and stuff that should help u out
