Fast Idle

Any info will help . I had to replace ignition clyinder and ignition switch so I disconnected battery for a few days a d when everything was put back I can't get the idle speed to kick down after its warmed up any ideas computer reset? I have a 95 yj 4.0 fuel injection worked fine before I did anything Thanks

Just let the computer learn the settings. Idle should go back to normal after the engine is warmed up. If not, check your vacuum lines.

How high is the idle? Is 1000 RPM or more like 1500-2500 RPM?
While you could wait if there is an issue you could correct it. Small vac leaks will increase the idle and the PCM will adjust for it over time however if the leak is large enough other issues can arise overtime.
