Engine or body swap question - need feedback...

Okay... i love my jeep how she is but i really miss the 4.0 driveline of my old 91.... and want something more current/fresh/reliable than what i have... what would be the easier swap... find a good frame 91+ that maybe was wrecked and put my body (and possibly lift/tires) on it or find the donor jeep and putting the driveline in my chassis? (my 89 is rust free and never wrecked...) - seems a body swap would be less labor intensive but i've been known to think wrong b/4 and end up living a nightmare... don't know if i'm asking this right but you'll get the idea... any thoughts? not happening soon but will eventually... thanks!

I would say an engine swap would be easier except for having to rewire for the fuel injection.
You could buy a mostly stock 91 model. Swap over your lift and other goodies,then sell the 89.

I'd have to agree with Redrooster, buy a 91 to 95 swap the good stuff sell the 89 and get most of your money back
