I just learned of this first hand and thought i'd share. If you TJ drivers out there find yourself with a smashed tie-rod, get a replacement for an early to mid 90's Grand Cherokee with a V8. These tie-rods are solid instead of hollow. I'm not sure if the whole thing is swapable but I do know the passenger side outter tie-rod is compatible... I got a Moog tie-rod from Advanced Auto for $130 but it's heavier than "heck" and we'll see about worth. I'll be abusing it Fridays @ the local off-road shop on their course.
