Clutch slave went out today

Just as I'm finally get money to buy cool things like tires and lifts and everything. I push the clutch in and it goes to the floor. Luckly I was only like 2 blocks from home so i grinded it home. I get under it and it is pissing out of the bell housing. I grabed my hanes and checked up here on the bored and have determined that it is slave cylinder. So off it goes to the dealership. I don't have time to drop the trans and the xfer case.

And costly! I hate it for you man i would go ahead and do a clutch job while you are in there to save the heart ache of doing it all over a again. tug[addsig]

5 hours and a car hauler ride later it made it to the dealership. What a pain in the ass not being able to drive it up the ramps. but oh well.

Got it back today.
I ended up putting a whole new slave unit and a new clutch and all the bearings and bushing with it. I also had a seal leaking from the transmission that I had no clue about.
When i picked it up there was a note saying that my right front wheel hub is bad. Got in the thing and if felt like I was 4 lo all the time. It was real bad. Got it home and took it off only to find out that
a) the wheel bearing was long over due to be changed
b) my universal joint had locked solid one way so it most likekly caused the jerking and the failure of the wheel bearing.

So now its up on jackstands for yet another night.
