Clays 87 wrangler project

I have a n 87 wrangler that I put a 6 cylinder (4.0) in. I had the 4 cylinder and wanted more power. Anyway I pulled the motor out of a 91 wrangler. I also pulled the wiring harness and computer from under the hood. It plugged into the fuse box just fine but I have no power in the cab. If anyone can help me with this it would be greatly appreciated.

You should have grabbed the fuse box, too. If you check the pin-out you will have "extra" and/or "missing" pins (depending on if you are checking the cable or the fuse box).

The options that the donor vehicle came with will most likely be totally different, and pins will need to be relocated based on your configuration. It may seem stupid, but the mfr moves them around and/or shares power for various options based on the original equipment and the vehicle.

Then again, the harness leaving the fuse panel can also be totally different. If you are down to just power for one or two options, you may as well run a dedicated line and relay it with an extra ignition line, and don't forget to fuse it.
