cb radio and antenna tuning

anyone kno anything about tuning antennas and cb radios? anyone know anywhere in va i can take it to get tuned?

At work we have CBs to talk between AAA and the other stations that do work for them. The radio guy came by to adjust our radio, he brought an SWR meter and then cut a little off the bottem on the antenna(non fiberglass) and put it back in, test it, did it again until it was right. You might be able to just get away with adding or removing some antenna cable if you have a fiberglass antenna.
