Carb problems

I have an 87 yj with a 4.2 carb motor, it wants to flood out in certin positions and want to know a low cost repair. Also can I get rid of the electrical plug on the carb? will that make it run better? sorry guys don't know alot about this kinda stuff. Just need a little help. Thanks Rich

I used to turn the key to on (twice when cold) then unplug it. If it's not running right yet, do it a couple more times till it's running good.

15 bucs for a junkyard 2150 carb abr 12 more for an adapter and you'll have a better time . do the nutter and your stalling and headaches go away......
