RE: what is the autozone part number for the mc 2150

anyone know anything about c4 transmissions, ive got two and am gonna sell them off, i think theyre both in working order but i cant swear. what are their best applications? mild use? offroad? dragstrip? where should i put them up for sale to get the most out of them? thanks

I've abused a couple of C4's in the past with my old Mustang. I had an FMX in it but the C4 was lighter. When built right, they are great transmissions. I put a transpac in it and it could get 3rd gear with 3.00's in my stang!

As far as listing them, try a couple of Mustang forums. I had a '84 302 HO I tried practically giving away on the Jeep pages but no takers until I listed on a Mustang page. Make sure you list the year and what vehicle it's out of.
