Bumper Tire Carrier Rack Gas Fluid Can System

Hello all....
I'm looking for a Bumper Tire Rack Gas Fluid Can system. I seem to have narrowed it down to 3 brands.
LOD vs Havoc vs Hooke Road,
as these seem to be the only ones without lots of Major Complaints and having ball bearings in the bumper tire assembly swivel. Before I spend $1000 or more, Id like to have some advice....?

Looks like Ive settled on LoD. It appears to be the most versatile as far as customizing positions and optional equipment. LoD Destroyer.
