Blower Doesn't Work

I've got a 2000 XJ sport. On the way home from work today, I noticed my vent wasn't blowing. It only works on high now. The 3 lower settings do nothing. My friend says there is a usually resistor group that controls the blower motor speed and these go out fairly commonly in all vehicles. Sounds like that is my problem... But I can't find it. Anybody know where I can find this unit? I know it should be near the blower motor, but I am not seeing it. I looked behind the glove box and under the passenger side dash. Help?

Gotta get this fixed soon b/c its starting to get cold at night here in Chicago. Thanks!

OK, nevermind. I figured it out. Since I had no idea what the thing looked like, I went to the stealership and bought a replacement part ($25) and then hunted for it. They were nice enough to point me in the right direction. If anybody needs do do this someday, just drop the glove box and you can see it down in there. You have to remove a plastic panel down below to actually get at it. Mine was rusty already, after only 3 years, and one of the resistors had cracked off... Open circuit. Popped the new one in, and problem solved.
