Any solution to the paint problems on 1993 ZJ ?

White, and peeling away on hood and a few other places. When I try touch up, the edge of remaining paint reacts--curls up, peels away.

Except for areas where it is peeling away, the paint is in very good shape.

Any solutions for touch ups ?

Sounds like the clear is pealing off you can wet sand it down with s 700 -1500 grit sand paper and polish it out. May look ok but best thing is to paint her all nice with a good quality base clear.
