any ideas on this on

94 jeep wrangler my spedo doesnt work and i have tried replaceing the old one when i was fidelin round replaceing the old ring gasket i um well unscrewed th worng bolt could i have fried something or is there a fuse somwhere that i cant find that would make it work

What did you replace?

It's likely either a bad speed sensor (About $20 at the parts store) or you haven't twisted the speed sensor to where the speedo gear engages the tailshaft.

replaced the speed sensor i got it from daveys jeeps .com and they said something bout a pre load on it but noone i no knows what thy are talkin bout how do u no when it is lined up right i though all i would have 2 do is pop the new one in
