The tires will make it look agressive, and will certainly help offroad, but it will make the performance suffer.

You can build it for power and speed, or you can make it big and capable. You won't be able to do both by small mods. That requires at least re-gearing and ideally a complete drivetrain swap. You can compensate somewhat for the larger tires by small performance mods, but at best you'll have it back to where it was with stock tires

Not being a smartarse, just wanted to make it clear if you aren't planning on spending a boatload of cash, you need to choose which route you want to go.

TC said it......it's pretty much what you wanna do with it (AND....how much you got to spend :( ). JEEP = Just Empty Every Pocket

I don't think exhaust alone will give you what you're looking for. You'll need to do intake (cold air), TBS, headers, exhaust and mabye a chip to gain any real noticable difference. Then gears especially if you plan on running larger tires although you won't notice too much of a difference with just 31's.

Also Power Raid Intake spacer, could drop 1500 in a alum head get I think 30hp bolt on.

I just want the exhaust to sound nice but i only 17 and live in a quiet suburb theres not that much off roadin here besides some powerline trails that i mastered in about 21 minutes hahaha but i really want to take a trip this summer up to vermont to see what i can get into and hopefully out

DITTO!

If you plan on putting a performance chip in make sure you do your homework. When I was thinking about doing that I found out that the stage one doesn't really give you much horsepower/mileage gain. At least not for the $$$ required. And if you go with the Stage two chip you'll have to mod your thermostat also and I think the guy at Jet Perf. even said it is mandatory to have the aftermarket exhaust too. I'd start with the header/exhaust combo. Dump the stock airbox and get a K&N with a cold air tube and slap on a TB spacer. I think someone makes a bigger bore throttle body, but it might be pretty $$$$.
