i have a 98 Cherokee Sport with a 4.0L HO. I threw a rod over the winter, bought another engine, tore it apart, machined it, and rebuilt it. I got a brand new Cam Shaft, Pistons, the original Crank, and new timing sprockets and chain. its all together and in the Jeep, but i can't seem to get the distributor to line up with it set at 0 degrees. Am i timing it at the wrong Degree??? Does anyone know??? The Hayne's book is good for nothing on this subject.
