5.7L grand cherokee hemi in TJ

Ok since my other post was clearly answered this is not bombarding!!!! Ok my question was if I was to pull a hemi from a grand cherry, how hard would it be to put in my 2000 TJ?? What transmission would I need?? And could anybody give me some rough figures of the hp and torque??
