2002 wj limited 4.7 ho , noise in right rear

Hi all. I just purchased my 02 wj and It makes a loud noise every revolution in the right rear, when in park and put into drive with foot on brake it pulsates to the right rear and make a noise under the dash while not moving. Noise under dash continues when vehicle off.. I put into 4wd and rolled it down my driveway and the noise is not there ..please help

Noise under dash may be blend door,rear brake problem perhaps warped rotor also check rear balljoint,never knew they had one I know I just replaced one I have the same Jeep as yours, just a year newer
