2000 Grand noise ???

I just changed the famous rusted tank holder put new fuel filter now I believe my fuel pump is making a wining noise any idea ??? Thanks !!!!

Well Here is one for you did some research and it's the Damn fuel filter I bought from O- Riley's that making noise if unhook feed line from it and turn pump on its quiet !!!! Going to get a Wix from Napa now ! Cheaper not always better !!! Lol
