"06 Rubicon 6 cyl auto, 2500RPM problem

Have had this problem for 6 months. Computer has been replaced 3 times. Issue is it seems when the outside temp is below 51 degrees, it craps out at 2500RPM and chk eng lite is on. After 15 minuets or so and engine warms up it runs fine. Chk engine light remains on, but goes out later in day. When above 51 or more it starts fine no light and runs great. Help. any ideas. Is there a setting in new computer that needs to be tweaked?

btw codes are 0344 and 0633. cam sensors have been replaced.

I think you have a vacuum leak. Maybe at the intake to head.
If you are starting and it revs to 2500 rpms idle then dies. Then next attempt runs fine. What could be happening is a wide but not tall gap in the intake to header. The initial heat soaks warming and expanding the metal. The next time the gap is small or closed.

Above 51 the gap is small enough to the PCM can handle the extra air.

Post up the CEL codes. Pull them with the key dance.

Another possibility is the IAC needing to be cleaned but that is not usually temp sensitive.

I see you posted the codes.
P0633 immobilized key not programmed. Check your battery and connections.
If the key has a battery replace it. I don't think 06 does. Consider having dealer or locksmith programming key.
Possibly replace immobilized unit in steering column.
