Alright guys, I'll be upfront with everything. I signed up for this forum solely for the purpose of parting out my brother's 05 Laredo. His car was recently totaled after a driver in a Hertz rental car hit it. The front was damaged pretty bad however surprised I was to hear of it being a total loss. We are getting the car towed to my home garage tomorrow. I will get pictures and exact mileague and details upon the arrival.
Now, the only damage was in the front and everything else is intact in great condition. He bought it used for 20 grand a year and a half ago and barely put any miles onto it as he was assigned to duty overseas where he currently resides. It is that green color (dont know the name) that is not the dark, forest green kind that some cars come in.
Like I said, everything is for sale. Brand new tires were put on shortly before the accident and the leather seats are in great condition. Pictures pending.
Please give me advice on how I should go about selling everything as I have never done a part-out before. Some parts of the car I might not even know where it is located but I can find everything and have my mechanic neighbor use his power tools to disassemble. Thanks.
