04 grand cherokee starting issue

having trouble starting battery is not dead, have fuel. just getting clicking noise when try to start it. to get it to start and stay on have to press on the gas. once gas is let off engine shuts off.

setting is alaska its in single digits but jeep is supposed to have had all the fluids changed for cold temp. but could it be that its not starting because of the coolent needs to be less water and more anti freeze? also sounds like its not getting fuel at idle apparently..
help suggestions thanks

Maybe check throttle position and make sure it is getting right voltage to the tps.
